Poor upload speeds

Hi,

I am on Vivid 200 and usually get 10MB+ upload speed but recently this has been going below 1MB for prolonged periods. The logs show the following:

Network Log- "No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out" happen in time 02/03/2019 11:37:27 GMT.
Network Log- "No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out" happen in time 02/03/2019 09:41:16 GMT.
Network Log- "No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out" happen in time 02/03/2019 08:26:31 GMT.
Network Log- "No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out" happen in time 01/03/2019 21:19:14 GMT.
Network Log- "No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out" happen in time 01/03/2019 20:30:35 GMT.
Network Log- "No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out" happen in time 01/03/2019 20:30:34 GMT.

Downloads are fine with 200MB speeds consistently. I have done the usual off and on for the Hub but this has never resolved it. Called the helpline and had online chats but they only say turn off the hub and put it back on which does not solve the issue.

Is any more details from the hub going to be useful to help resolve this?

A superuser should comment soon - but only 2 of 4 channels locked on and also on 16 QAM is not great. Can you post up all the data for upstream channels and also for downstream and the network logs.

As of this moment (Sat 02/03/201 @ 19:38) my upload sped is back to normal with 12.3Mbps according to Speedtest.

This is the frustrating thing; it is intermittent and I can see no pattern to when it slows down. Obviously only notice it when I am uploading and not getting expected speed, but I have now set up email alerts to get the timing errors when they occur.

There are serious problems with your connection. Call CS for a remote test and to get an engineer visit.

Thanks for the reply. I Called the helpline yesterday and their solution was the usual turn off and then back on which had zero effect. Had over 100 errors so far today. I will call again and see what they say.
