I am on the 200Mbps service. For the last month or so my upload speed has been much lower than it should be. Speed tests done on Speedtest.net provide results ranging from 2 to 5Mpbs upload. I should be getting around 11.
Download speeds are fine.
Can anyone offer any advice please?
I have the Hub 3.0, set to modem mode connected to another router. Tests were done using a wired ethernet connection.
leave it in modem mode and unplug your router and then plug your device into the same port on the hub

Hi thanks for the suggestion. I tried it (connect my laptop to ethernet port on hub whilst in modem mode) and it could not connect to the internet. I guess there is nothing in the modem to assign IP addresses etc... so not sure how that would work..?
