Poor speed

My router detail are saying  my downstream dMbV power level are -1.5 could this be contributing to my poor speeds. I pay for vivid 350 but I am only getting 30mbps. I have been in the chat room, made complaints etc and all I get is that there is a problem in the area Screenshot_20190510-065527.png

A downstream power level of -1.5dBmv is well within range.
posting the downstream power levels in full along with the upstream power levels and network logs may help.

How are you connecting wired or wirelessly?
If wireless, try wired directly to the hub with a Cat 5e cable or better with a device equipped with a gigabit Ethernet network card.
