Poor speed

Since upgrading to 1Gb my speed is worse than when I was on M500. My speed is usually now below 500Mb where with the M500 it was 510Mb.

I see speed as low as 400Mb to a maximum of 700Mb (very rare) and neither of these speeds are acceptable to me.

I have tried in router mode and modem mode.

When I test the system VM gives me this error :- 

Sorry, we can’t run a test on your services right now

It does not work for me in modem mode or router mode.

It reports :- 

RealSpeed is not available on this network

Here is a pic from my routers own inbuilt speed test.  This is direct from the modem to my router via cat 6. No other switch or device.

Have you got any QoS or packet processing set in your own router. What is the router?

Its a AX11000mMU-MIMO tri-band gaming router.

I have tried all the QOS settings, and turned it off completely.  

It has to be the modem as that is the only variable that has changed.

Also to add when in router mode, it is not even connected to my gaming router and the speed is still crap - giving the same speeds.

Are you using the HUB 5's 2.5 Gbps port with the Asus's 2.5Gbps WAN port?
