I've taken a look at the high peak time traffic fault in your area (F002944277) and our engineers are still working on this to improve bandwidth with a review date of 5th July. As this is a review date it can be subject to change.
I had an engineer come to mine this afternoon because I am getting poor speeds on Vivid100. The Wirral's broadband isn't running as it should because there's a problem with our main feed in Birkenhead. The problem started on The Holmlands over a year ago and has since spread to postcodes CH41-49. They are currently upgrading the Birkenhead site and *should* be working as it should in 3 weeks or so
