Poor speed a week in

So we were told by an engineer the cable from the cab to the house was old and needed replacing, power levels etc are within range but the speeds were getting are shocking, paying for the 350 package and at times only getting 20% of that, could it be due to the old cable? If this carries on for a few more days it’s getting cancelled before we’re stuck in a contract.

If all the levels are good etc then the cable is fine.  I doubt the cable is the issue
