Poor service

So was upgraded to the hub 5 and internet boosted to 250mb. However since the upgrade of both the hub and internet my internet drops off and goes offline more often than not and is starting to frustrate me with the price I pay. Can anyone look into this please.

Hi Ryan,

Thank you for your Post, we are sorry to see you are facing issues with your connections since upgrading to 250 MB Broadband and an Hub 5.0, I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and have picked up a Network issue for the past 7 days which is consistent with a loose connection, please check all your internal connections including on all equipment and splitters standard and powered are hand tight.

Once connections checked  unplug the Router form the power, lease 2 to 3 minutes then plug back in.
