Poor service and increasing bills

Virgin, I have been trying to contact you by phone and now I want to kill someone..

My bills have steadily increased whilst my service has got worse.  I'm not wasting anymore of my time so contact me and sort it out.  NOW.

Wont happen. Call in and follow the "thinking of leaving" options route. Between 8-11am best
