Poor Upload Speed

Just wondering what the correct upload speed should be?

I have a 108mbps line, and get 110mbps download which is amazing, but.... my upload on a good day is 4.2mbps.... is this correct?

Can I ask what package you are on? 

Are you noticing this issue across a wired or WiFi connection?
