Paying for m600 might as well be dial up

I am paying THROUGH THE ROOF for M600 supposed ‘Oomph’ broadband.

I think the highest speed I have experienced is about 42mbps.

i have attempted numerous times to speak to a real human to discuss this issue only to be given ‘bots’ to speak to.

 

my company also uses Virgin media but I now request after only a month you come and rip out the kit you have installed and I refuse to pay for the service anymore.

What equipment are you using and how is it connected to the Hub?  The contract speeds only apply to ethernet connections, but there are ways to improve WiFi performance.

Sorry to hear that you have been having connection issues. How has things been since your post? Is this for wired or wireless connections.
I have run a remote diagnostic and have not been able to identify any issues with your connection.
