Two upstream channels are too high power level and one is on 32 QAM when it should be 64 QAM. You possibly need a technician’s visit to rectify, but firstly

Check with Area faults on 150 or 0800 561 0061

if no problems specified:

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111 or if you have a VM landline 150

Hi Brettjam1,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.

Looking at your first post, I can see you have posted your router logs but you've not really given any information regarding the issues you are having.

So we can get a better understanding, can you let us know what kind of issues are you having?

Are you connecting through the WiFi or through an ethernet cable?

Have you tried running through the diagnostics online through the Service Status page here? If so, what checks have you done and what were the results?

Pop back and let us know so we can help further 🙂

Thanks,

Kath_F
