Packet loss and upload channel 32 qam

Hi,

This evening I seem to be experiencing latency and packet loss. One of the hub upload channels is also on 32 qam:

Upstream bonded channels

Channel Frequency (Hz) Power (dBmV) Symbol Rate (ksps) Modulation Channel ID

(Large red spike is hub restart)

Yep, I think we are violently agreeing that it is a network management issue.

First time tonight I have felt like the BQM graph wasn't lying to me, horrendous time trying to play games tonight between 7-9pm which is when I am just loading up and getting into things for a few hours.

Thanks for coming back to us @mattj_uk.

I have looked into this and cannot see any issues that would be causing these problems. How has your connection been running since you last posted?
