Packet Loss

Hi,

I have had lots of issues since upgrading to Gig1, after being told my area isnt over subscribed they did 'maintenance' on my network on the 1st and now my BQM graph is significantly better, now during peak hours the graph isn't all over the place.

However, I get this packet loss... ?

Any ideas on what I should check? It seems to be when the connection isn't really being used mainly?

For comparison it was like this before the area maintenance:

Can you post your Hub status and logs?
Someone should be spot if there is a problem
Navigate to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode)
Don't log in!
Click on 'router status'
Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs as text into a 'REPLY' as opposed to 'QUICK REPLY'. The forum software will remove the MAC addresses for you (If you get an error - just click the 'post' button again).

I just rebooted the Hub as I havent since they performed network upgrades in the area (I think that's where the T2's came from). Will post back later an update.

Upstream looks to be poorly! - Hight power and t2 and t3 timeouts!
If there are no faults listed on 0800 561 0061 - I'd call it in on 150 (or 0345 454 1111) and register it as a fault!

Or you can wait for forum staff - could be a day or so though!
