Packet Loss and latency spikes again...

Hi there,

Seems to be an annual occurrence to come back here with a similar issue!  My partner's VPN kept dropping recently so I looked into it, and Packet Loss and latency seems to be fairly spiky.

Here is my BQM - I'll follow with router logs.

Your Down power levels are all too high. Recommended max ia +10dBmV

These will need adjusting by a Tech visit. Calling it in as a fault should be quickest route - or a VM person will do it when they get here in a day or two
