Andybody in cm2 experiencing no broadband following a power cut today disapointed to see that virgin website saus no problems reported

Call it in as a fault - they will test your line and if there is a fault get a "reference number" so you can follow it's fix.

Well you are entitled to £8 a day from today onwards for any fault that's not fixed after 2 days - so let's see what happens.. Edit oh and £25 for a missed or failed appointment on their side
