Thanks for the suggestion,
Ive tried on all pcs wired and wireless now. Restarted all, Disconnected and reconnected one at a time. I am still getting low download speeds.
I am now getting 25mb download and the upload hasnt changed which is 12mb
Unsusually it started giving me 218mb on 5gHz wireless now but my wired is still 30mb.Ive disconected everything again and connected my pc directly to the router. restarted the pc and router. still only getting 30mb wiredI tried another laptop aswell wired and getting the same results
I'm sorry to hear about the connection trouble experienced kindredretail,
I've checked everything from this end for you and everything appears to be within range.

Hi there, thank you for replying. On wireless it seems to be ok i think. roughly 218mb on 5gHz and 30mb on 2.4,
but wired has only improved to between 30mb and 40mb. ive tried directly plugged into aswell with 2 different laptops and cabled. no difference
Sounds like a faulty hub to me.

It's hard to imagine how those speeds could be produced, other than by a faulty hub.
How do i get them replaced? I asked vm and they said they would need to know that it was faulty and yet theyve already been out twice
Thanks for getting back in touch, I have requested that a new hub be ordered for you and it should arrive within the next 3-5 working days.
Let me know how you get on.
All the best.
