O2/VM volt

Good evening guys and girls,

my o2 volt benefits have been activated for a week or so now, but my speed boost in my broadband hasn’t? 

I’m on the ultimate oomph m600 so should be boosted to 1gig? 

any help appreciated

Volt upgrades take 14 days on the VM side.  O2 is immediate.  

Check the name and address details for both accounts are EXACTLY the same, otherwise it may not work.

Also check the Configuration tab on your Hub, as it will show the speed provisioned.
