Not reaching 100mb on vivid 100

Screenshot_20190119-102944.jpgOnly getting these speeds after virgin ungraded my to vivid 100 the last time I had a fault. Engineer said I'd been upgraded for free but I appear to be paying for vivid 100 on my account for speeds I'm not getting. How do I fix this as not getting any help in the contact us section

I can't see your picture, but what devices are you using  and how are they connected to the Hub?

Sorry, read message wrong.

Phone, tablet, laptop, tv, PS4. Done test when only my phone connected and nothing else switched on/connected

most of those devices are via wifi and anything is possible they are no measure of the speed you might be getting - is the laptop wired - if not do a wired test - if thats still slow do the test again with hub in modem mode 

and post some info

log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labeled - upstream - downstream

if its an earlier hub button is top right

As Tony says, you have to connect to the hub directly with an ethernet cable to check the speed that VM is providing you. Your tests with a phone won't be valid.

Having said that, I can now see the speed tests and the speeds you are getting are not really bad for a WiFi connection.

Plugged ethernet into laptop and got 89mb. Tried phone and tablet directly after and got 78mb and 98mb respectively.

So really there is not a lot wrong. 

98Mb WiFi on a 100Mb connection is as good as you will get.

Remember that the bandwidth is shared between all the devices you have connected.
