Can anyone help ive only been with virgin about a week (regretting it already) and im paying for 200mb but I don't even get half that speed im lucky if I get 70mb!

How are you testing?
Mobile device 3 rooms from the HUB?
or device with a known Gigabit NIC wired directly to hub using a CAT5E cable or better?
Around 70 sounds like a Wi-Fi ceiling or a 10/100 NIC
Im doing the speed test with my phone on Wi-Fi and my ps4 wired and im sat right at the side of the hub 3.0 I get 44mb to my phone and 69mb to my console :/
@kippies this is the Ethernet im using
WiFI will vary according to conditions and PS4 speed-tests are notoriously ropey..
Do you have a laptop or something we KNOW has a Gigabit NIC you could connect to HUB using the same cable (cables sweet BTW )
I'm not trying to defend VM, if you aint getting around headline speed, we need to know why- so test as above we can help you further.
