Exact same situation here. Tried using every possible device.
Only ethernet remains at stable full speed. Wifi is 25% speed at best and has been dropping completely for 20mins+ almost every 2 days for the last couple of months.
Why am I paying 48 pounds for a dysfunctional piece of gear when the only thing that's working properly is the ethernet socket?
Also this one is outrageous:
I was just told by the tech support that we can't get any discount if the internet outage is shorter than 24h straight. I really need someone from virgin this clear this one up for me please. So if we don't have internet connection half the time we should be still paying 48 pounds a month? This is NOT acceptable
