Not getting advertised upload speeds on 1gig

I'm not getting the advertised speeds; while I expect fluctuation I'm never able to actually get 1GB. Can you spot any obvious issues?

In short; The Hub 4 is not really up to the job. Because Hub 5 (2.5Gbps)(1 Port) is still in testing and managed by a 3rd party its unlikely we will actually see 1GB.

1GB to the router; 940Mbps to your computer. Not quite 1GB then is it.

First its 1Gb second if you think about it VM sell 1Gb your PC link speed is 1Gb VM never say if 1Gb is with overhead or not.
