How do I get help or complain about the undeliverd broadband speed?

Which speed contract are you on?  What speeds are getting? WiFi or ethernet connection?   Wifi speeds are not guaranteed.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're having an issue getting your full speeds. 

Taking a look at the account I can see my colleague Rob booked an engineer's visit for you. This visit was completed earlier today. 

How are things looking with your connection now?
