No upload speed

Hi,

I noticed my download speed is slow, but I have no upload speed, it’s only 0.5mb.

I can’t seem to post the complete log as it says too many characters even if I post twice it won’t post.

here is my upload log.

powered down the hub for 5 mins and turned back on same issue.

can anyone help.

Thanks for the quick reply, i just called the number and it does seem they are trying to fix an issue in my area.

I will keep that number handy for future reference.

Thanks for posting. Apologies for the upload speed issue. I've done a system check today, there's a few downstream channels out of spec.

This will need a tech visit to the property. 

I shall send you a PM now to assist further.

Sorry to ask, but how do you know some of my downstream channels are out of spec when you don’t know my location ?

Your Public IP address is visible to the VM team.

Ok good answer lol, I was just being careful that’s all as it seems to be working fine from what I can see.
