No internet

Area 20 Bolton

No internet for the last 2 days

Service status says no issues.

Does anyone else from the area have issues with the internet.

I've had to use BT hotspot to post this

Some more information

It seems that my internet is disabled. I have managed to access my router settings page and had a look at the error log. The dates in the log are 1970's is there something wrong with the router. I have add some screen shots.network-status1.jpg

You've only got one upstream and downstream channel locked. Forum staff usually take about a week to get to you, give them a call and report the fault.

Update:
Engineer called this morning, 

He told me a Block and been put on my connection and I should have been notified by either a house call or a note through the letter box,
He then checked my connections and found High level of noise (the reason for the block). He changed my connector in the house and eveything is good to go.

Thanks again Dave & Heather and also a big thanks to Ian the engineer for being so prompt this morning
