Hi guys, getting no internet connection and when it works I'm getting 2mb download and 0 upload on a 1 gigbyte connection. I'm actually having to use my iphone hotspot to post this.
I was onto Virgin via the phone and was told it's fixed but clearly not. Here is my upload stats and T3 Timeouts are awful, this was in a space of 2 mins after a router reset.

Yeah mate, it's not good, download is hit and miss aswell. Have managed to get an engineer booked for Wednesday, so hopefully they get to the bottom of it. Power levels and SNR all look fine so not sure what else the engineer will do but I'll leave that up to them 🙂

I couldn’t even connect to Sam Knows Realspeed mate. Just says router not found. I’ve since put the hub back in modem mode to monitor my BQM but will stick it back in router mode for the engineer visit. Upload is totally shot, got 0.02mbps on last test and can’t make a FaceTime call or even a WhatsApp audio call, it just craps out. At least I’ve managed to get Netflix working so that will keep me going till Wednesday but no work online until then as I need upload to remotely connect to clients.

Well it seemed to have gathered itself this morning around 3am. Tests look good so far, the disconnect just before 10am was me resetting the router to clear the T3 Timeout errors that accumulated which was quite a lot. I'll keep an eye on it the next 2 days and if all goes well I'll cancel the engineer visit🤞
Tested direct from the Asus router so no browser involved which give a really accurate test reading 🙂
