Area 11 EH14 no service since Thursday evening.
What is going on?
I assume a refund will be applied to bill ?
Have you checked Service Status?
If there is no area issue documented there, you will have to call in to report your fault.
Either way, if you want a pro rata charge refund, you will have to call in.
Checked service status on a regular basis since Thursday. Just a message to say it's being fixed with a time for completion that keeps being movef.

I have taken a look and there are a few things going on.
Firstly it seems you have been affected by fault ref F005639128 for slow speeds at peak times. The current review date is 11/07/2018.
Secondly it also seems you are affected by fault ref F006253874 for SNR and FECS. The current review date is 06/06/2018.
Please give this thread a bump closer to the time and we will get an update for you.
