New customer slow speeds

E4CCD1D9-CF98-437B-8ED0-1A434342F854.pngHi i am a new virgin vivid 200 customer and the first day i was exceeding 200mb speeds hitting just over 220mb but the last four days ive been struggling to get over 100mb ive posted pictures of downstream etc just hoping someone could help me wih this problem i have ran tests at various times of the day on speedtest but its always the same and wired and ethernet with cat 6 cables many thanks
