Fix for what ? Above stats look fine. Network logs and BQM may tell a different story

What actual issues are you experiencing on wifi and ethernet cable connections ?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Ping spiking so high in all online games, i get kicked from the games servers...

Their might be nothing you can do if your not causing it but others in the area are uploading.

I guess all the street CABS need upgrading with higher bandwidth, so everyone in my area/B16 0EN can upload/download & play online games with a stable 'non spiking' ping/latency, or return the traffic management at peak times?

 

Virgin Media please repair my ping/latency high spiking issue/Postcode B16 0EN.

traffic management will not help the problem can happen with it on.

Your BQM shows heavy contention, and as a result you will not be able to play games properly.  If VM are unable or unwilling to fix this, you should look for another provider. 

P.S. Do not let anyone at VM persuade you to 'upgrade' to a faster connection, as it will not improve the quality of your connection.

What 'date' will all the 'streets cabinets' in my area/B16 0EN be upgraded? (To fix my & other customers ping/latency high spiking issues)
