More Reliable following works? You're joking

Hi

I had notification a couple of weeks ago that there would be work done in my area to make the broadband 'more reliable'

This was completed and tbh - it's now awful.

The connection hangs, the connection hesitates  making you wonder if it's gone down which I'll mention - this has happened twice since last week.

I've had more issues in the last week than I have had in the 22 years I have been with you.

Whatever the work done was - please reverse it. I am not a fan of this 'improved' broadband. If this carries on, I'll be looking to cancel due to breach of contract.

Can you post some stats.
For a hub 3: go to 192.168.0.1 (router mode) or 192.168.100.1 (modem mode), do not log in, click on the link "Check Router Status".
For a hub 4: go to 192.168.0.1 (router mode) or 192.168.100.1 (modem mode), log in, click on the link "Check Router Status".
Copy and paste the Downstream, Upstream and Network Logs as text (not images). Mask any public IP address.

Same with me just now. Received a text saying works carried out to improve reliability has been completed. Get from work and no Internet.

So much for banding together rather than 1 person being all alone. 

It is a community area after all. 

Different people have problems which often need different solutions, so one thread per person helps.

There's a couple of downstream channels which are potentially not good. Power off your hub, check that all connections are tight between the hub and wall socket, and power on the hub again. Repost the stats and log after 24 hours.
