Microsoft 365 Services Unavailable Via Virgin Home router

Hi There,

My home is unable to access any Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Sharepoint etc) from my home fibre broadband router.

I get an DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error on the browser.

I have no issue accessing it from my 5G EE mobile signal.

I have also got it working via the Virgin Media broadband hub using Google's DNS servers 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4 so the issue is with the VM DNS servers issued to my hub.

Is this confirmed as a VM issue and is there an ETA for fix?

Sorry to hear that you've been unable to access  Microsoft 365 services and for any inconvenience this may have caused you.  Does your last post refer to the issue "now" being resolved or "not" being resolved?

I’m guessing it must be ‘now’ as ‘not’ wouldn’t make sense in that sentence with ‘just’ following it.
