As title states I have the Volt 1Gig package, used to get speeds of 950Mbps+ download, now am getting 70 if lucky.
The view your package page says "1130Mb Average speed"
The online help area is useless, the help walkthrough says my wired PC has a Wi-Fi issue (actually says every device on network does), but my PC doesn't even have a Wi-Fi card and is connected with CAT8 cables......
Trying to get the online chat here https://www.virginmedia.com/support/help/check-services/diagnostics/device-list-issues/contact-us, but nothing seems to happen
All help/contact us links just seem to go round in a circle.

If you reboot the HUB does the speed return for a while?
