Massive Packet loss! 1gb service

On our wavelength

This has been my connection since the engineer came on Saturday to fix a slowdown in speed. He changed the hub4. This was the 2nd engineer, the other one came last Thursday 5/8/2021.

Saturday.

I think Legacy1 was referring to your WAN IP address on the Hub.  Just double check the settings in the BQM have the latest WAN IP.

Your IP for your BQM might not match the IP your on now or you need the enable ping on the hub.
