Hi, I am connected to my router with a CAT 6 cable and am having real troubles doing video calls, download speeds vary but rarely go below 100M, upload speeds are constant around 2M peaking at 8 to 10M if I am lucky. As you can see below, the latency spikes and then I am unable to heard and everyone sounds like a darlek. I have unplugged all connections from the router and plugged in 2 different laptops separately, 1 in safe mode, the speed never goes up. What can be causing this please?

Hi ps1234,
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the low upload speed. You are affected by an SNR (signal to noise ratio) issue. The fault reference is F009570634. The estimated fix date for this is the 19th January. Please monitor the connection and speeds after this time and let us know if you need further assistance.
Best,

Hi,
It does seem marginally better, I have been one a google meet and zoom call and I did not experience any drop outs. The speed does vary, this is an Iperf test to a server in AWS where a colleague gets a constant 20Mbits/Sec
