M500 Volt (Gig1) running at M500 speeds

My underlying package is m500, but volt has boosted it to Gig1.

The SH4 is displaying Gig1 config as expected:

However, downloads from steam, newsgroups, and speedtests, cap out at M500 speeds.

Any idea how I can fix?

Hi, try using RealSpeed - SamKnows and see what the speeds to the hub are

I work for VMO2 but all opinions are my own and are based on my own experiences

That would involve switching it back to router mode, rather than modem mode, and that involves a lot of network changes.

I know the hardware is capable of far more than 1gbit speeds, and I've previously had downloads from Steam and other sources in the 140mbyte/sec range.

Post your download/ upload info so we can look at power/noise levels and make sure all channels are up. Or try a pin hole reset 1st if not done so already.
