Hi folks,
I wonder if you could help me ? I hve had M350 for a while now and, despite hard wiring using both Cat5e and Cat6 cables, numerous factory rests and saying nice things to my Hub 3.0 in the hope that it suddently ups it's game, I can never seem to get anything about 170mbps. I have confirmed that I am getting a 1gb connection by looking at my network preferences. I am running in router mode but I have connected a Deco mesh to it as well (as I want to have seperate WiFi SSIDs - long story). The 170mbps is the current record set by being hardwired straight into the Hub 3.0 with a Cat6 and nothing else connected. Here are my stats:

Downstream power levels are too high. Range should be -6 to +10. A VM technician will need to fix this. If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up.

Spoke to tech support who did a bit of tinkering but...after initial success, my download rates have reverted back to their pitiful state and the signal strength is still the same. I will wait for a mod. Many thanks, Bill
