My account has recently been activated and is showing as M200 on the app but my contract says M250
How can that be

Run this Hub speed test, look at the bottom for the phrase Package 999 x 99 what does it say ?
M250 might say Package 250 x 25

I understand that, but I signed for M250 when joining and my contract says M250, however the app shows my account as M200

In a recent speed change for us, the Hub speed configuration updated about a week before the VM Online account displayed + VM apps showed the new tariff.
