Low upload speeds

Hi there,

Over the last few days I've noticed my upload speed seems to be dropping from 21 mbps to around 2-3, which is making doing the gaming and streaming that I enjoy rather difficult due to this. Tho it seems I'm not the only one with the issue i'll throw a post in just incase there isn't one for my area (service status + test seems to think everythings fine).

Below is the BQM monitor i set up yesterday and the info from my router I believe you need, let me know if theres anything else you need.

(Monitor + network log in following post due to character limit)

There's no issues showing on the account. Can you do a wired speedtest for me non-console, at speedtest.net using only 1 device connected to the internet?

Hi there John,

So the last week or so the issues seems to have disappeared for the most part (not sure what the issue was really aside from maybe the thunderstorm). It was primarily over the few days before making the original post that there seemed to be consistent issues. speedtests have pretty much been running as normal of late (see below). If it reoccurs I'll let you know.

Unfortunately the issues still seem to persist, it would seem that it occurs most frequent from around 3:30pm each day.

Speedtest.net seems to say its fine yet this one appears to indicate otherwise. Not sure if this helps - if more info is needed let me know.
