Low upload G75 area

Hi,

 

Having trouble with low upload speeds. 

 

Downloads are over 200 meg but upload is only around 3 or 4.  It's usually around 20 meg. This is causing issues. 

Postcode is G75 8UT.  Service checker says no issues but it's been bad for 2 days now.  

 

I've done a few hard resets, checked cables etc, all the usual stuff. Tried wired and wireless. Using hub 3.  I've noticed a hub restart takes a lot longer these days and I just had an email a few days ago saying virgin have tweaked settings to make things better.  Seems to have made it worse as I had no problems before. 

 

Any advice on a fix VM?

I have taken a look over your account and run some diagnostics from here.  I can see that there are some power level issue that we need to get an engineer to resolve.

Hi,

My low upload issue seems to have sorted itself out now.

I did see a couple of VM vans in my local area (maybe they fixed something) or maybe it was just a coincidence but all sorted now back to normal 🙂

Ok I can see the appointment in the app now but not the website and it won't let me reschedule it. Some kind of error.
