Good afternoon @javdseleem,

thank you for reaching out to us once again, I have taken a look over your services & I can't see any issues, everything is within the expected specs.

Can I ask, what are the speeds you are getting via a wired connection?

Kind reards,

Zak_M

What are you pinging from that is reporting 10ms down to the microsecond, but seemingly only at a resolution of 10ms? It looks really weird.

350mb download

35mb upload so that's fine

Issue can be with wireless devices

Hi @javedsaleem,

Thank you for coming back to us. I'm sorry to hear that your issues are ongoing. I have taken another look at your account and I cannot see any issues with your connection at the moment.

Were the listed speeds what you're receiving on a wired connection?

Please let us know so we can investigate further if needed.

Thank you.
