Loss of speed since Jul 20

M500 speeds have dropped for the past 2 days and is still ongoing:

The trouble I have with the 'issues at home' argument - such as your cables might not be tight enough or your VM Hub needs tweaking, is that my connection was fine with the exact same set up for months and held a very steady & consistent connection speed. This last week or two could only be caused at the VM end as I haven't changed a thing!

I'd find it very refreshing for someone to be able to say what is going on at the exchange that is causing this, for how long it will last and how much we will be reimbursed for putting up with the (temporary) poor quality connection!
