Less than 0.5 downstream

Morning all,

Really struggling working from home today - usually pulling anything from 100mbps to 360mbps on speedtest (depending on which device and where I am in the house) but my whole connection seems pretty much dead in the water this morning.

Speedtest.net showing less than half a meg down, upstream showing between 10-15mbps so that's something but usually shows more like 30mbps.

Service status is green, equipment 'test' says no problems.  Anyone else having issues in BD14 / Area Ref 14?

Rebooted both my hub (running in modem mode) and my wifi equipment to no avail.  Have adjusted DNS to check that - no change. 

Wife says it was like this during the day yesterday too, was fine in the evening when I got home. 

Hopefully someone else is having problems/there's a known issue.

Your downstream power levels are far too low and the current hot weather will be adding to the problem. If you wait for a day or two a member of the forum team will reply and arrange an engineer visit to sort it out.

That would make sense - the cable runs around the side of an end terrace house, and the sun will have been on it all morning - things have improved slightly now.  Getting about 20-30mb.  So it's workable.
