Latency is getting worse everyday...

Day by day my latency gets worse and worse.

Wired connection in modem mode, connected to tp link archer c4000 (all cat 6 cables).

Only 4 devices connected. 2 wired + 2 wifi.

350mb, HUB3 in Reading area.

So you sent another engineer, despite me telling you the problem is not here many many times.

He fiddled around, put an isolator on my line, moved me to the other side of the taps in the cabinet.

The results.....

It's exactly the same.

 

Work was done by 3pm as noted by the packet loss.

For the last time...

THE PROBLEM IS NOT AT MY END.

 

Update:

My latency had improved SLIGHTLY.

This is leading me to conclude that indeed this is a utilization fault.

 It's still pants though.

Please note some of this charts are when I was at work all day.

So there was no use on the line at all.

Even basic ADSL would give more stable latency than this.

I can see that you have been speaking with my colleague Zoie in regards to these issues via PM. I can see that she's offered to contact the Area Field Manager to find out what can be done to resolve this issue.

 

She is off shift today, however I will catch up with her next week to see what the Area Field Manager advised. As soon as we have any updates for you, we will let you know.
