Latency and Packet Loss: Area 15

Hello,

As reported by several other customers I am experiencing significant packet loss and high latency on my VIVID 200 connection. This makes online gaming impossible and causes buffering/delays on streaming services.

I've run BQM for the last week and it has been pretty consistently bad:

I have an engineer booked for Jan 3rd but perhaps this might raise the awareness of a potentially bigger issue with the VM network?

I have just raised similar issue. My neighbours think it relates to hub 3 as have swopped back and no issues.

I am in area 15, n4. I am on a superhub 2 and have had the same problems as you for 2 weeks .

Hi there!

I have exactly the same issue (High packet loss in area 15) and I have started two different threads.

In a third thread, one user reported that this is a known issue and Virgin plan to fix it on January 2nd.

I'm having the same problem. Frequent packet loss.

Support said that I needed to upgrade! Ridiculous.
