I am really struggling with lack. My ping on call of duty is quite literally ranging between 30 and 280 ms. I have reset the hub. I have reset my Xbox. I have reset everything I’ve checked all the connections and still having the same issue this has been going on for months and I am getting Nowhere fast

You also having trouble with  browsing tonight? mine's on a go slow.

Speedtest look completely fine but browsing the net wow it's slow, pages taking 4/5 seconds to open.

BQM is the worst I have ever seen it

Played last night and there was no change. I’m still getting terrible lag, this is so frustrating 

Can you post your Hub status and logs? How to do this;
• Please go to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode), 
• Don't log in, click on 'router status' 
• Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs as text into a 'REPLY' as opposed to 'QUICK REPLY'. Please do not include your MAC address.
Also, set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc - You can do this at https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality
Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum 🙂

Hi @Babasan,

I have checked our systems and all looks fine, with no issues upstream or downstream. The speed and dropouts look fine and all connected devices look okay. How is it looking for you?
