I normally get over 200mb, but for the last couple of days it has been around 5-10mb. Checked the area status yesterday and it stated there was a known fault that would be resolved today. The status has now been removed as though all is fine, but I'm still only getting around 10mb. Any news on what the issue is, how long it will take and, if it's going to take a while, can I be reimbursed?
After a useless half hour on the phone ,("have you reset it, sir?") I've got an engineer coming wednesday.
To be honest i haven't done a speed test since the kids moved out last year so i don't know how long I've been getting short changed. I only noticed it last night when i was struggling watching something on netflix. I had better get back up to 150+ or they're getting binned.
