Hi there
Upgraded my account from 500MB to 1GIG but the WiFi speeds only hitting 200MB to 300MB on devices.
I have a fairly new laptop and I've connected up with the Ethernet cable and Sam Knows says I can only hit 230MB on the right hand side of the screen with the device results.
Similar results with WiFi connection.
Tried on mobile devices. Samsung and Xiaomi models. Both new models. Both showing near the same results at 300MB.
Did all the reset actions to no avail. Had no previous issues with the Hub 3.
Don't know if I'm doing something wrong.
I'll post the stats underneath this message.
Thanks.

So you are getting full speed to the HUB.
WiFi is dependant on many factors, including what type of WiFi your device has.
I find that a lot of speed test sites are inconsistent.

Hi @SteveH96 thanks for posting and welcome to our community.
Sorry to hear you're experiencing slow speeds when you've upgraded your package. I have located your account from here. Can you please confirm if your hub is either switched off at the power or offline at this time? I am unable to run any checks at this time, sorry.

Hi Lee. I was out yesterday afternoon. Thanks.
Still having issues getting top speeds. Highest speeds on WIFI for any devices is 300MB.
I know I'm limited by my device's WIFI capabilities but most of my devices range from 450MB to 1 GIG.
So Superhub 4 should transmit at a higher speed. Did the Sam Knows tests and still getting smaller speeds than Superhub 3.
I even bought a WIFI 6 Router and putting Superhub 4 as a Modem. Similar results. No increase in speeds.
I've connected multiple devices to Ethernet Connection and my new laptop about 2 months old only receives 500MB. It can receive upto 900MB and this is the same speed as Superhub 3. Tried with my Google Chromebook and that could only do 300MB on Ethernet Connection. Usually does a lot higher with Superhub 3.
My devices were all tested next to the Superhub 4 which is about 3 feet away from my workstation. Nothing to block everything.
It seems the WIFI is transmitting lower speeds than Superhub 3
Very disappointing so far. May need to revert back to my old deal in the next couple days. Don't want to pay for a service that I can't receive.
Thanks

Seems to be a common theme if you look at the posts over the last few weeks. I upgraded a week or so ago and have had worse speeds on the 1 gig than I ever did on my 500mb. The only upside is the upload speeds are constantly high and I have very few drop outs now. But even so, if you pay for 1 gig, surely you/we should be getting better speeds than the old package?

Agree. Not expecting the full 1Gig service but at least higher speeds which my devices can receive.
Got everything set through the TP-Link Router 6 as better signal as well. So using modem mode.
I'll give it till Monday and if speeds don't improve then I may change.

Switched mine to modem also with my Asus AX router with wifi 6 and still nothing special.
