Hello fellow forum members.

I wonder if someone could help me, ran a few tests on my mother-in-laws connection in and out of router mode on the Hub, however the upload seems 'off' or 'flakey'. I've ran the generic online Virgin Media Check Status test, then done test hub and it is reporting there are issues affecting in the current postcode of WS7 or AREA 31.

For the time being I am running it in modem mode with an Asus attached but I will attach her Virgin hub stats.

Your Upstream modulation is wrong, all 4 channels should be on 64QAM, and too many T3 errors, so that's something for VM to sort out.

If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up.

I had a PM from a VM rep in another topic in regards to a similar issue. @Gareth_L sent me a DM to arrange a visit. I hope she doesn't get double booked. 🤣

Just popping a message to see how things now.

When we last spoke we had an SNR issue that was due to fixed on the 20/05

But this was fixed today.
