Looks ok to me.

Looks like a good connection to a device that is not WiFi 6 capable.

My name is NOT Alessandro. That's just a tag Virginmedia sticks on some contributors. Please ignore it.

The Hub speed figures look very suspect :

Latency of 12603 ms that is over 12.6 seconds

Jitter of 923 ms  that is 0.923 seconds

Just the way VM does a speed test by full flooding the buffer like a DoS.

NO! the Hub latency/jitter is EXCESSIVE!

If latency was typically 12 seconds it's hard to see how there would be any service at all.

Let's see a BQM.

The Hub's latency and jitter figures look to be out by a factor of 1000, this looks like a data display error.

Divide the Hub's latency and jitter figures by 1000 and it make a lot more sense to read this as :

Hub latency of 12.6ms vs WiFi latency of 21ms
Hub jitter of 0.923ms vs WiFi jitter of 2ms

Hi weeman

Sorry to hear fo the service issues experienced. From looking at the connection and equipment all of the levels appear to be within the ranges and spec's we'd expect to see.

Were you able to set up the BQM? You can do this here and leave running for 24 to 48 hours and post the results here.
