Its better then using the SH1 in router mode.

HI LaggyFatSLim, thanks for the message. I have looked at the system and cannot see any issues with everything showing as green. Can you confirm if you are currently having any issues with the service? ^Chris 

Get a decent 3rd party router, put the crummy ‘super hub’ in modem mode enjoy better internet, literally.

The super hubs are clearly the cheapest of the cheap and merely ‘do the job’ switching to modem mode with my PFsense box halved my base ping. You’ll find similar stories all across the forum. If all you do is browse the web wirelessly you’ll notice little difference but if you use the internet for ANYTHING real time I.e. gaming or video conferencing the difference is immediately noticeable

Some are better then others and some are worse than others yours is not bad.

Yeah, the upgrade to hub3 fixed my problems, thx 🙂

Hub3 router mode cold boot = approx 6 minutes.

Hub3 modem mode cold boot = approx 4 minutes & 30 seconds.

Any way to speed up the boot time?

Whats the boot times on the Hub5?

SH1 has the fastest boot time not sure how fast hub 5 is you can just leave it on
