All day today, my connection is dropping to around 2-300kb/s. I am a home worker and rely on a stable connection but can't get anything done with it dropping like this every few minutes.
I've tried the service status page, but that's not even working at the moment...
My router is in Modem mode and is running through enterprise network gear, the speed loss is 100% at the Modem as all other telemetry shows stable connections.

Check for local issues on 0800 561 0061 and ensure that all cables and connections are tight and secure and not kinked or damaged.
Try removing the separate router from the equation to see if that helps.

Hey there @corvus2606, a warm welcome to the Virgin Media forums and thanks for reaching out to us.
After inspecting your profile on my end I can see that the upstream levels are not where we need them to be.
I will need to book a technician, I do this through a private message - watch out for the purple envelope 🙂
